The Government of Saskatchewan makes the ultimate decision on SINP nominations. When successful candidates apply for permanent resident status with IRCC, they’ll be identified as SINP nominees.

International Skilled Worker Category

  • Diploma or degree from an university or college from Saskatchewan
  • Score a minimum of 60 points out of 100 on the SINP
  • Have at least one-year work experience in the past ten years
  • Show proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure
  • Full time, Permanent job offer from Saskatchewan employer
  • English or French language skill

Saskatchewan Experience Category

  • Full time, Permanent job offer from Saskatchewan employer
  • NOC Code 0, A, and B occupation
  • Valid Post-Graduation Work Permit
  • Have at least 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Have proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure if your occupation is regulated in Saskatchewan and requires mandatory (compulsory) certification or licensure
  • English or French language skill
